Instructions
Cut the meat into small pieces like mince with a knife.
Chop capers, banana shallots,
In a bowl add the meat, with banana shallots, oil, Worcester sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper to taste.
Now we serve the meat in a ring with the help of a spoon and pressing so as to form a solid circle.
Finally, we add the egg yolk on top and if you like you can also add some chives.
