Refund Policy

At Lazarin Kroni, we value our clients and aim to provide high-quality digital services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1.1 Web Development & Design Services

  • A full refund is available if the project has not yet been started after payment.
  • A partial refund may be granted if the project is in progress but not completed, based on the amount of work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and delivered to the client.

1.2 Subscription & Maintenance Plans

  • If a client cancels their subscription within 7 days of purchase and no work has been performed, a full refund will be provided.
  • After 7 days, refunds are not available, but clients may cancel future billing cycles.

1.3 Consultation & Strategy Sessions

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
  • If a client cancels a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment, they may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

1.4 Digital Products (Templates, Plugins, etc.)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • If a digital product is defective or not as described, we will provide technical support to resolve the issue.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your name and order number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.


3. Exceptions & Disputes

  • Refunds are not provided due to change of mind or personal preference once work has commenced.
  • Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes without prior communication may result in account suspension and legal action.
  • If a project is delayed due to client non-responsiveness, refunds will not be issued.
