Sometimes we want to organize a dinner and when we start, nothing comes to mind.

Has this ever happened to you? To me, yes many times despite being a chef.

This is why I have created for you a series of menus where you can be inspired whether you are a chef or simply the cook of your kitchen at home.

I built the menus as I do in the restaurant. Starting with appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. I didn’t put the side dishes. But in the future, I will add those too.
