With over 15 years of culinary experience, I’ve mastered the art of creating innovative and delightful dining experiences, blending modern European techniques with classical Italian flair.
I worked in London City, the heart of the culinary world, and my passion for food has been a constant throughout my life. I started my culinary journey at the age of sixteen, honing my skills in prestigious restaurants in Sicily before making my mark in London in 2004.
Throughout my culinary career, my dedication and talent earned me the position of Executive Consultant Chef in Milan, Italy, where I successfully managed multiple culinary ventures for three years.
My culinary journey is complemented by a robust commitment to learning and adapting to new challenges. I hold certifications as an Azure AZ-900 and SC-900, which reflect my passion for technology and security. Moreover, I studied at IED Istituto Europeo di Design, broadening my skill set and adaptability in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
