Lazarin Kroni is an executive chef. After apprenticing at several prestigious restaurants in Europe and working his way up the culinary ladder. His innovative and forward-thinking offers a unique dining experience that blends modern European technique with classical Italian flair.
Raised in the culinary capital of the world, London City, Lazarin Kroni has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. His European training and classical Italian technique shine through in his modern international cuisine, which he showcased at his workplace restaurants. He currently resides in London with his wife and his beautiful dog Attila.
Lazarin attended the prestigious culinary school Scuola Alberghiera di Stato Principe Grimaldi, in Modica (Sicily). Lazarin growing up has always had a passion for food. He started his culinary career at the young age of sixteen, working in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Sicily. Lazarin moved to London in 2004 and continued his Culinary journey working for notable restaurants in London.
Chef Kroni then worked in several restaurants, including Cirpiani, Villa di Geggiano, Osteria dell”Arancio. In 2017 Chef Kroni worked as Executive Consultant Chef for 3 years in Milan, where he developed his skills managing multiple sites.
In his free time Lazarin likes to travel and taste new dishes and cultures.
